Embodied Awareness is a live, online 3-week course offering a grounded introduction through guided practices, short talks, and group discussion—all designed to help you bring more presence, clarity, and calm into daily life.


Course Schedule:
This course meets weekly on Mondays, from 6:00–7:00 PM (ET):
