Embers and Alchemy Ecstatic Dance

3 PM- Arrive

3:10 PM- We will begin with a writing prompt to guide dancers to imagine their internal fire, burning away stagnation and transforming energy. Next we will have time to warmup our bodies with gentle intuitive movement to prepare us for our ecstatic dance. Lastly, we will have a candlelighting ceremony where each dancer will have the opportunity to light a tea candle and place it in circle before beginning the main dance.

4 PM - Opening Circle/Ecstatic Dance time! No prior experience in dance is needed. This is a time to move freely how your body desires.
