Is this a beef pick-up or a party?

Accepted Answer

Both!  If you have already pre-ordered your Elite Beef Side, you can pick it up at at the event.  If you haven't ordered yet but like what you try at our tasting stations, you can purchase a side from us while you're at the party.

Question 2

How shall I dress for the party?

Accepted Answer

We welcome you as you are!  Member and Friends come from many walks of life, so you can expect to see Weekend Dress (elevated casual) to Ranch Wear (jeans and boots are favorites).  Whatever you wear, be comfortable and have fun!

Question 3

Do I need to arrive at 3 PM when it starts?

Accepted Answer

No, the party is open-ended and we look forward to seeing you whenever you arrive.  The agenda is posted for the event, so come for as much or little as you like!

Question 4

May I bring kids to the party?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  We will have a tasting station for your young beef-eaters, as well as a kids activity table.  Hog Heaven is family-friendly, and will require a liability waiver for each person in your party.

Question 5

Do I need to reserve tickets for my kids?

Accepted Answer

No, kids are welcome at NO CHARGE and do not need tickets.

Question 6

Do I need to reserve a ticket if I'm a member (Elite Beef, Tribeca Wine, or Sportsman's Finest)?

Accepted Answer

Yes!   We do ask that you reserve your tickets here so we can plan for you to join us.  Tickets are free to members as a perk and regular part of our social life.  Enter your member code that is provided in the email invitation you received.

May I purchase a membership in advance of the party?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  If you become a member with Elite Beef or our partners, your tickets to the party are free.

Question 8

How do I become a Tribeca Wine Collective Member?

Accepted Answer

Visit https://tribecawineco.com/pages/wine-club and sign up for a membership.  If you would like to try the wine first, come to the party for tastings, or order your favorite types through the Tribeca website.

Question 9

How do I become an Elite Beef Club Member?

Accepted Answer

Simple!  Visit EliteBeef.com to reserve your side of beef.  You can pay for the rest at the party or if you schedule a pick-up/delivery for another day.  You are also welcome to join us at the party and  purchase a side of beef on the spot!  Your side entitles you to all the perks of membership.

How do I become a Sportsman's Finest at Hog Heaven Member?

Question 11

Is it easy to walk to The Bridge?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  When you arrive at The Clubhouse at Hog Heaven, the bridge is just a little further down the gravel path, next to the lake.  The walk is easy and pleasant.  However, if you would like assistance, there will be a golf cart to take you door-to-door.

Do I need to bring a chair or picnic blanket?

We will have a handful of chairs for guests to use, but please feel free to bring your own or a picnic blanket for the event and to enjoy the sunset.
