Is this a beef pick-up or a party?

Accepted Answer

Both!  If you have already pre-ordered your Elite Beef Boxes, you can pick them up at the event.  If you haven't ordered yet but like what you try at our tasting stations, you can purchase beef boxes from us while you're at the party.

How Do I Submit My Recipe?

Do I need to arrive at 5:30 PM when it starts?

Accepted Answer

No, the party is open-ended and we look forward to seeing you whenever you arrive.  The agenda is posted for the event, so come for as much or little as you like!  NOTE: If you purchased a SOCIAL SHARE, come early to select your cuts.

Question 4

May I bring kids to the party?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  We will have beef tastings for every age, even young beef-eaters.  The Station is family-friendly, and is safe and welcoming for kids to play.

Do I need to reserve tickets for my kids?

Accepted Answer

YES, we ask that you RESERVE their tickets with yours.  While kids are welcome at NO CHARGE, this helps us to plan!

Question 6

Do I need to reserve a ticket if I'm an Elite Beef Club Member?

Accepted Answer

Yes!   We ask that you reserve your tickets here so we can plan for you to join us.  Tickets are free to members as a perk and regular part of our social life.  Enter your member code that is provided in the email invitation you received.  If you can't find the code or have questions, just email us!

How do I become an Elite Beef Club Member?

Accepted Answer

Simple!  Visit EliteBeef.com to reserve your beef box.  You can pay for the rest at the party or if you schedule a pick-up/delivery for another day.  You are also welcome to join us at the party and  purchase beef on the spot!  Your purchase entitles you to all the perks of membership.

Question 8

Do I need to bring a chair or picnic blanket?

We will have a handful of tables and chairs for guests to use, but please feel free to bring your own or a picnic blanket for the event.

How shall I dress for the party?

Accepted Answer

We welcome you as you are!  Member and Friends come from many walks of life, so you can expect to see Weekend Dress (elevated casual) to Ranch Wear (jeans and boots are favorites).  This is an outdoor party with areas of uneven ground, so plan your footwear to be comfortable and have fun!
