Settle into a zero-gravity chair for an hour and let your body melt into deep relaxation as you release the stress of the week. This elevated experience uses crystal bowls, chimes, and gentle instrumentation to soothe the mind, ease tension, and support a full nervous system reset. It’s your peaceful transition into the weekend: an invitation to unwind, restore, and return to yourself with spacious ease.

All chairs are provided; simply wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Please note: Classes begin on time and the front doors are locked at the start of every class. For the comfort of all students, no late entry is permitted and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
