Join us for an engaging talk on performance - covering athletes from middle through high school. Learn how proper nutrition, preventative care and proper recovery can lead to increased performance and longevity in sport.

Free dinner included. Register by 8 p.m. on October 27 to reserve your spot.

Speakers include Natalie Hupp, Doctor of Physical Therapy, Taylor Paul, Registered Dietitian and Todd Hall, Certified Athletic Trainer.

Students are welcome to attend with or without an adult.
