🌿 Elements - A Conscious Dance Journey through the Forces of nature!

Join us for an intentional evening of movement and connection guided by Anne and Xyme at Bissap Baobab, San Francisco.

SCHEDULE:

7:00 PM-8:00 PM

We begin with a grounding session led by Anne – combining breathwork, gentle yoga and conscious movement to open the body and awaken the senses.

8:00PM-10:00PM

Then, surrender to a dance journey guided by Xyme: a fusion of dance movements activation and live DJ set inspired by the Elements of Nature — flowing through Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. Expect a blend of organic, tribal, and bass-infused beats that invite freedom, play and emotional release.

🌱Optional ceremonial-grade cacao from Guatemala will be available at the bar ($10) — a heart-opening plant known for grounding and enhancing presence and your experience!

Water, a yoga mat, musical instruments (drums, etc.), and comfy clothes.
Come as you are — 🎶 Live music is welcome during Xyme’s DJ set, as long as it blends with the atmosphere.
