Element 10: Ongoing Caregiver Engagement 

Caregivers play a vital role in the mentoring journey. Learn how to create and implement a caregiver engagement plan that keeps families informed, involved, and inspired.  

Discover strategies for sharing youth achievements, communicating program updates, and inviting caregivers to participate in special events that foster enthusiasm and support for mentoring relationships. 

Element 11: Supporting Mentoring Relationships 

Sustaining strong mentoring relationships requires consistent support and communication. This training will guide you through best practices for regular check-ins with mentors, youth, and caregivers using standardized protocols.. 

Element 12: Relationship Celebration and Program Exit 

Every mentoring journey deserves a meaningful conclusion. Explore how to facilitate closure activities that honor the mentoring experience, express gratitude, and provide feedback.  Learn how to manage various closure scenarios, celebrate achievements, and prepare participants for future opportunities within the program.
