Are you ready to elevate your mentoring program to better serve the diverse and evolving needs of Connecticut’s youth?

Element 1: Program Values

Learn how to define and embed your program’s core values, ethics, and principles into every aspect of your mentoring work, from your mission statement to your daily operations.

Element 2: Strong Program Design

Discover how to build a mentoring model grounded in a clear theory of change, supported by a logic model, and responsive to the lived experiences of youth in your community.  You’ll leave with tools to create or refine your mission, vision, and policies to ensure meaningful, measurable outcomes.
