The Elemental Breathwork for Recovery Professionals workshop is a powerful, accessible practice designed to restore balance in the nervous system and help reconnect you with your personal innate elemental intelligence.

This workshop blends diaphragmatic, holotropic, and pranayama breathwork techniques to guide you through the elemental forces of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Each element is linked to a specific breath pattern, offering unique energetic effects and deeper exploration. Rooted in both ancient wisdom and modern science, this practice activates the vagus nerve to regulate your nervous system.

Through conscious breath and optional sound, the Elemental Breathwork for Recovery Professionals workshop will help you cultivate the self-awareness to move from stress and reactivity to thoughtful response, providing essential skills for your coaching practice and personal well-being.

In This Workshop, You Will:


  • Learn the four elemental breath practices and their effects:
    • Air: Energizing breath to awaken clarity and vision
    • Fire: Transformational holotropic breath to release blockages
    • Water: Soothing breath to calm the emotional body
    • Earth: Grounding breath to integrate and root your experience


  • Understand how each breath affects the nervous system, hormones, and emotional regulation
  • Experience a guided journey with live acoustic sound (Tibetan bowls, flute, didgeridoo, drumming, and voice) to support altered states of awareness and integration
  • Practice deep listening to your own inner cues and somatic signals
  • Leave with tools for self-regulation you can use in your daily life and coaching practice
