Electrification Lunch and Learn with Induction Cooking Demonstration

Thursday, June 12 | 11 am - 2 pm

Homeownership doesn't stop with the mortgage payment. It also includes utility bills - and we all know those can add up. There can also be the hidden cost of medication, if your home is contributing to health concerns such as asthma.

During this three-hour presentation, we'll help you understand how you can guide clients in decisions that can help them have healthier, more comfortable, more affordable homes. Lunch will be also provided through an induction cooking demonstration.

Topics covered during this course include:

  • How can heat pump HVACs and water heaters lower utility bills and improve indoor air quality?
  • What is induction cooking, how does it work, and what are the benefits?
  • What additional cost-effective ways can my clients lower their utility bills?
  • Why California is moving towards electrification, and what should I know to prepare?
  • Should I consider solar and battery backup?
  • Where can I find rebates and incentives to help lower my clients' costs for switching to electric appliances?

This course is paid for by Southern California Edison, so there is no cost to attend.
