These free workshops are for women who feel like they’ve lost themselves while prioritizing others and are ready to reconnect with their confidence. Whether you're considering a career change, starting a business, going back to school, or simply focusing on your personal growth, these are for you!

Do I need to attend all of the workshops?

No! Each workshop is designed to stand alone, so you can attend one or as many as you’d like. While attending multiple sessions will help you build confidence over time, you’ll gain valuable insights and actionable steps from each individual session.

You’ll walk away with practical tools to boost your confidence, insights from experts, and a supportive community of women who understand your journey. You’ll also leave with actionable steps you can take right away to start feeling more confident in your daily life.

Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not provided, but you are welcome to bring your own! The workshop is scheduled during the lunch hour to make it accessible for busy moms.

We love that you’re thinking about joining us, and we completely understand that childcare can be a challenge! This workshop is designed as a space for you to focus on yourself without distractions. I'm happy to help brainstorm other options so you can attend.

What if I register but then I can't attend?

Life happens! If you can’t attend, please cancel your registration so we can offer your spot to someone else.

Can I invite someone else to come?

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring a friend who would benefit from this experience. Just make sure they register in advance to save their spot.

Although these workshops are for women, men can attend, too!  However, we will be talking a lot about subjects that mostly women can relate to.

Are you offering an online version?

We hope to record these sessions to share with women who can't attend in person.  However, the experience is so much better in person!
