Prerequisites

• CLark College employee
• eL201
• Must have taught at least one course fully asynchronous online within the last 2 years.

Format and Dates

• Hybrid (Online Scheduled (previously Remote) modality (online asynchronous with weekly synchronous Zoom meetings)
• Workshop runs between Monday, April 13, 2026 to Friday, May 8, 2026.
• Begins online asynchronous on Monday, April 13, after 9 AM (flexible hours, approx. 1-2 hours prep before first Zoom meeting)
• Meets on Zoom on Wednesdays, April 15, April 22, April 29, and May 6, from 1pm to 4pm.
• Ends online asynchronous on Friday, May 8, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
• Final workshop deliverables must be submitted online by 11:59 PM, Sunday, May 17, 2026.
• Includes one individually scheduled 1:1 meeting with Instructional Design facilitator to review final workshop deliverables
