Go on a nature walk, run on a trail, participate in mountain yoga, mountain bike with the NAC, or explore the NAC's campus and meet outdoor partners.

Transition to Round 2

Enjoy a creamie and some water!

EKO Outdoor Adventure Follow a Trail Challenge

Welcome to the EKO Outdoor Adventure Follow a Trail Challenge! Get ready for an adrenaline-pumping day at the National Ability Center. Join us for outdoor experiences on the trails that will test your skills and push your limits. Whether you're a seasoned trail runner or a beginner hiker, this event is ideal for anyone seeking an exciting challenge in the great outdoors. Pick an activity, from a sensory nature walk to a mountain biking adventure, and you and your family will get to experience Utah trails in a new way.

Please choose one activity for you and your family, and then visit the vendors and the NAC campus! Doors open at 5:30 PM for check-in.

If you or your child has a disability that requires adaptive equipment, please email us at eko@utah.gov. We will connect you with the NAC and make sure you have the proper equipment to enjoy a trail activity.

Frequently asked questions

Will adaptive equipment be available?

Yes, we will have some adaptive bikes and other equipment to use at the event. Please email us at eko@utah.gov if you or your child has a disability that requires adaptive equipment.

How many activities can I sign-up for?

Only one! And then you can visit our vendors and the NAC campus.

Can I head out after my activity is over?

Yes, after completing your activity, you can head out. However, please ensure you check in right at 5:30 PM and stay on campus until your activity begins.
