Lumpia are various type of spring rolls commonly found In Philippines. Lumpia are made of thin paper-like or crepe-like pastry skin called "lumpia wrapper" enveloping savory or sweet fillings. It Is often served as an appertizer or snack, and might be served deep-fried or fresh (unfried). In this class, you will have fun learning tips and tricks to 'roll' a lumpia. A fun activity to do with friends over a drink or not. Our Instructor, Marie, loves cooking and can't wait to have fun and share her expertise with you. Adult 21 and over can BYOB.
