Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? Do you find yourself always worrying? Feel burnout?

These could all be signs that you're Nervous System is Dysregulated. Do you know that most of us walk around with a million thoughts triggering us daily? And if you're like most, you just push those down, because who has time to deal with another thought or feeling that doesn't fit into our day, right? When all of these emotions build up, and are not addressed, they cause dis-ease. It may manifest in headaches/migraines, maybe that 3:00 slump, depression/anxiety or in physical ailments like autoimmune disease, chronic pain or even cancers.

We simply do not have the bandwidth to always be unpacking and looking at our wounds (no matter how big or how small they may be). Keeping these emotions stored in our body is what causes disease, so my intention for this workshop is to release the wounds of your past, come face to face with past traumas and let go of what is making us sick, tired or holding you back.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) or Tapping is like a needless form of acupuncture, where we tap on different points on our body to release stored emotion or trauma. This works on the Chinese Meridian System, which associates each organ and part of the body with a specific emotion. The thought behind it, is if we tap on this point (eye brow for example, which is on the bladder meridian and associated with feelings of worry and sadness) we will release these feelings, emotions and memories.

This Workshop will be an hour long and we will use the benefit of tapping as a collective to release trauma and old patterning.
