- Specific: Clear objectives for what they aim to achieve.
- Measurable: Criteria to track progress and success.
- Achievable: Realistic goals within their capabilities and resources.
- Relevant: Alignment with their overall business strategy.
- Time-bound: Set deadlines for achieving these goals.
