About the Badge Creators
H4r0ld and V3rbaal are a badass husband-and-wife cyber duo. They are the Co-Founders of DEF CON's Blue Team Village and the Co-Leads of DEF CON Demo Labs; hence the House of Hacker Horrors part.

Yes, we are allowing shipping options for those who want to receive their badge now, and for those who cannot attend DEF CON 33 in person.
No, for tax purposes, all donations in exchange for a badge must be made before DEF CON 33, as we are not authorized to accept donations on-site.
It was independently designed and produced by H4r0ld and V3rbaal in support of the EFF, using their openly licensed NSA Eagle logo. H4r0ld and V3rbaal are the makers of the EFF Privacy Badger badge and EFF Certbot SAO that was seen at DEF CON 31.
