EEOC Training Hosted by the IBFA
Come join us for an informative training session on Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) guidelines, hosted by the IBFA. Learn about workplace discrimination laws, employee rights, and best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion. The training will take place Monday August 11, 2025, for a total of 5 hours. From 9am-12pm covering topics 1-3 (with a quick 5-minute break in between sessions) then we will break for lunch. After lunch we will explore how to conduct an internal investigation from 1pm-3pm.
Morning Session 9am-12pm
- Overview of all the federal anti-discrimination laws. (1 Hr.)
- ADA, Reasonable Accommodations, and the Interactive Process (1 Hr.)
- Harassment under Title VII (1 Hr.)
Lunch 12pm-1pm
Afternoon session: 1pm-3pm
- How to conduct an internal investigation (2 Hr.)
