About this event

Join us for the third annual Educators Night, a free evening designed to connect teachers, school administrators, and educators from across Southeast Michigan with the rich educational and cultural resources of the Detroit Cultural Center and its nonprofit partners.

This district-wide open house invites educators to explore field trip opportunities, meet institutional professionals, and discover hands-on learning programs and student wellbeing resources.

More than 50 arts, cultural, and educational organizations will be on-site, sharing resources exclusively for teachers in a unique and immersive environment.

We encourage you to check in at the institution that best aligns with your teaching discipline. From there, you’ll receive materials and a brief orientation before exploring the rest of the Cultural Center throughout the evening.

Event Includes:

  • Free admission for all educators.
  • Light refreshments and teacher giveaways.
  • Classroom-ready materials from participating organizations.
  • A Detroit Cultural Center tote bag for pre-registered attendees (while supplies last).
  • Food trucks and other fun teacher freebies (while supplies last).
