Join us for our October 16th event with Guest Speaker Andrea O'Donnell, Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Breathwork Facilitator.
We will learn:
- How the breath can provide a window to calmness
- How to activate your body's rest-and-digest pathway (the vagus nerve) to switch from stress to calm.
- Experience several types of breathwork

One Request: We have some participants who are very sensitive to perfumes, essential oils, scented sprays/lotions, and soaps. Please try to avoid these items on meeting day if possible. This will help them enjoy the meeting and they really appreciate it!
