Join us at the Hormel Historic Home in Austin, MN, for a dynamic discussion on the future of agriculture & food in SE MN. Collaborate with Riverland College, Comp Plan 2045 Food System Strategy, and other local and regional partners to strengthen education for our region’s future. Comp Plan 2045 Food System Strategy and Riverland College are collaborating with Austin nonprofits and the Hormel Foundation to address food access and create a blueprint for other communities. As a key node for education, Riverland s expanding its educational offerings via adding a Local Foods Program, a campus farm, and a campus farm incubator. Help us design a better approach!

The Center for Agricultural and Food Science Technology is expanding its full-spectrum approach to agriculture education, launching a new program in Local Foods along with a new on-campus educational farm (RiverLandLab) as well as an on-campus Incubator Farm to support local agriculture in SE MN.
