Edgewater High School Class of 1969 - 50th REUNION

Effective March 15th, 2019 - Ticket Sals have ENDED for the Gala Event at the Hilton on Saturday, May 18th. We have reached capacity with 143 registered and paid in full to attend.

Your 50th Reunion Gala event includes, but not limited to: spacious decorated ballroom w/ dance floor and stage, Live Entertainment [DJ], [2] private cash-bar stations with one free drink ticket per person, [1] hour Butler-Passed Hors d’oeuvres, plated salad w/ assorted rolls, [2] main dinner entrees [TBD], seasonal vegetables, potatoes and rice, a Chef Carving Station [Prime Rib], non-alcoholic beverages/coffee, dessert “Special Occasion” Cake, theme-photo booth, private security on site, a 50th Reunion Classmate Group Digital Photo, and a complimentary EHS 69 Classmate 50th memento for a special keepsake.

NOTE: Pre-Event and Post-Event activities are announced below... These additional events are "pay-on-your-own" activities... Class Alumni that did not purchase Gala tickets are welcomed and encouraged to attend the Friday and Sunday activities as no tickets are required.

SUNDAY MORNING-AFTER BREAKFAST [05/19/19] Grills Lakeside, 4315 N. Orange Blossom Trail, Orlando [on Lake Fairview] - Group Reservations inside restaurant at 9:00 a.m. Unfilled seats after 9:30 a.m. will be surrendered to other customers.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

This is an "Adult Only" paid ticket event. Suitable arrangements should be made by classmates who are traveling with underage children.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Hilton provides adequate uncovered parking "FREE" of charge. No Valet provided.

Classmates and their guests should "drink responsilbily" especially if in a driving capacity. UBER, LYFT, and TAXIS are available for safe and convienent transporation needs at their standard rates.

What can I bring into the event?

Outside alcohol, food, and other beverages are prohibited.

What's the refund policy?

No Refunds will be provided for classmate or guest cancellations. If the EVENT is cancelled by the Organizer, refunds will be provided, less all EventBrite process fees.
