Sunday Arrive 11am to meet & greet, draw oracle cards, grab a yoga mat and start to drop in...the journey begins... the music starts out slow and moves through the chakras and elements - with evocative music in a playlist designed to awaken your energy centers, get your body moving and help you reach ecstatic bliss!
