What to Expect
- Qi Gong Energy Release – Shake off nervous and stagnant energy through guided breath and movement.
- Somatic Dance Journey – A guided practice to connect with different realms of your body, allowing rhythm to move you naturally.
- Elevated Energy Flow – Music will gradually build, bringing you into full expression before gently guiding you back into deep rest.
- Closing Savasana – A final integration to soak in the freedom, release, and connection you've cultivated.
Optional Additions
Journals Encouraged – Movement has a way of unlocking deep insights. We invite you to bring a journal to capture any reflections, emotions, or breakthroughs that arise during the journey.
