Ariana Bates is a community leader and DJ who’s soul mission is to activate the body and awaken the heart through movement and connection. She has been leading movement events in LA & beyond since 2012. Her musical inspo includes: afro beats, thick bass, club anthems, house, salty slow jams and drums from across the globe. DJ Dre

DJ Dre is a 55yrs young female DJ sharing the frequency of joy through the energy of music. It took her over 25 years to just say F-it and just go for it! She wants to be an inspiration and reminder to live your best life NOW!

Through a fusion of evocative and rhythmic tracks that cross tempos, genres, cultures and the globe her sonic journeys are meant to stir your soul and take you on a somatic journey. She considers herself an open format DJ curating tasty tracks from house, afro house, deep house, tech house, electronic, latin, folktronica medicine and more!... as long as she feels it in her heart.

Music is and has always been a spiritual experience and connection to the divine for Dre. She believes that the deep feelings of magic and mystery she felt at the age of 5 while listening to her parent’s album Houses of the Holy by Led Zeppelin are at the origin of her love for music!

More About Ecstatic Dance-

Modern day Ecstatic Dance started on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2000. Over the last decade, this movement continued to spread, and you can now find Ecstatic Dances happening in almost every major city in the world. Ecstatic Dance creates a safe container for dance; please honor these guidelines: 1) move how it feels good for you + respect others, 2) substance free event, 3) no talking on the dance floor, 4) refrain from photography, be present and dance.
