DJ Fossils:
DJ Fossils (Seth Josephson) is a student of world music, meditation, and sound healing. A regular at Ecstatic Dance COSU, he is excited to give back by bringing a mix of electronica, house, drum & bass, reggae, dub step, techno, and amapiano, to get the body moving!Movement is medicine: Dance provides emotional healing, beyond its value just as exercise. It provides self-expression, entrainment, collective effervescence, and even ecstasy.Fossils is also the co-founder of the Mud Lotus Sangha, a Zen Buddhist practice group at meets regularly at ILLIO studio.
