Ecstatic Dance Agreements:

🔹 BE PRESENT – No phones, no cameras, just the moment.

🔹 EMBODIMENT – No talking on the dance floor—expression through movement only.

🔹 CLEAR MIND – This is an intoxicant-free space.

🔹 CONSENT MATTERS – Connect with a clear yes; respect boundaries.

🔹 GROUNDING – No outside shoes; feel the earth beneath you.

🔹 BE FREE – Move how you want. No judgment, no expectations.

🌿 No choreography. No judgment. Just you, the music, and the moment. 🌿

What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is a freeform movement experience where you are encouraged to dance freely, without the constraints of social expectations or the need to "perform." It's a space to release tension, access deeper layers of self-expression, and connect with others through the universal language of movement.

✨ Let’s dance, connect, and awaken your inner energy. ✨
