How long does it take to complete an online course?

Our Instructor-lead online courses last 3 weeks; this includes the time to read the attachments, take the tests, and complete the course exercises.  Students need an average of 1 hour per day to complete the learning activities.

What is asynchronous learning?

Asynchronous learning is a general term used to describe forms of education, instruction, and learning that do not occur in the same place or at the same time. It uses resources that facilitate information sharing outside the constraints of time and place among a network of people.

What are the discusion forums featured in the online courses?

The discussion forum is a foundational item in the online learning structure. Students participate in discussions facilitated by the instructor. A series of questions are posted in the forums. All students must respond and comment. It's a great way to answer questions and share documents and links.

Do I need to be online at all time to take this course?

No. None of our online courses require students and instructors to be online at the same time. None of our lectures, discussions, or presentations are presented at a specific hour. Students do not need to be online at the same time in order to participate.

Question 5

I don't have a credit card, how can I pay for the course?

For students who do not have access to a credit card or a PayPal account, fees can be paid via money transfer. We use Western Union. For more details, please contact us at info@pm4dev.com.

Question 6

Is my personal information secure?

Accepted Answer

All students receive a username and a password to access the course. The information is not available to anyone outside the online course. All records and personal information are kept confidential and not shared with anyone outside PM4DEV.

Question 7

Can I access the course information after the course ends?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all students have an additional 30 days to access the course material. Additionally, you can download all the presentations, documents, and examples provided by the instructor.

Question 8

Can you send a printed version of my Certificate of Completion?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All students who complete all course requirements will receive a printed and signed Certificate of Completion. Certificates are shipped via airmail through the U.S. Postal Office. Shipping to international addresses takes about 15 days.
