Get trail-ready this summer with the brand-new EcoTrail Recce Run Series – a free (ticketed), guided running series designed to help you prepare mentally, physically, and logistically for EcoTrail Wicklow. Whether you're new to trail running or aiming for a course PB, this series is for you. Led by the expert team at InnerFight, each session offers structured support, expert insights, and a community-driven atmosphere to help you approach race day with confidence.But it’s not just about running, we’re bringing the community together. Our amazing partners Nobó and Wicklow Wolf will be adding flavour to every session:

• Nobó will fuel your run with delicious protein bites.
• Wicklow Wolf will give you a token at each run, redeemable at their brewery for a coffee or beer – the perfect way to unwind and connect post-run.
• PLUS, after each runin Wicklow Wolf Brewery we’ll be giving away prizes, including two entries to EcoTrail Wicklow 2025, and goodies from Nobó, Wicklow Wolf, and Dynafit.

Recce Run 1: The Overview

This introductory run will preview key sections of the EcoTrail course.What you'll learn:

• Navigating key terrain challenges and how to train for them
• How to manage the start of your race, consistency in movement over pace.
• Hydration & fueling advice tailored to EcoTrail
