Refund policy: Refunds for Retail Summit's/IC Summit's events are not available for any reason and will not be offered unless in case of event cancelation or postponement by more than 12 months. Please contact us via Eventbrite or email devin.parker@retailsummits.com to request to transfer your credit to another member of your team or a different eCommerce Summit scheduled within 12 months of purchase.

How to Register

1. Click the green button labeled "Tickets" (above).

2. Select the number of tickets and appropriate ticket type based on your professional affiliation. See below for details.

• Vendor Registration: You are the owner or employee of a technology or service solution offered to eCommerce brands, merchants or retailers. This includes agencies.

• Retailer/Brand Registration: You are the owner or employee of a retail company, merchant or brand that sells physical goods online.

• Investor & Marketplaces Registration: You are the owner or employee of an online marketplace, incubator, or venture capital firm interested in eCommerce.

3. Click "Checkout" button

4. Enter all required Contact, Registration and Payment information for all guests you are registering . This is a professional event - please register using your company/work website, email address and title.

5. Place order and check email for purchase confirmation. A member of the Retail Summits will follow up to confirm your place at the event and share additional information.
