This Webinar will explore how Ecological Dynamics can be applied to improve your golf game and more effective golf instuction. Topics covered will include:
-Using a Constraints-Led Approach (CLA) to designing golf practice
-Developing functional variability in the golf swing
-Identifying the key Invariants and Attractors in the golf swing and coaching towards them
-Learning to explore the information-movement space in golf
The webinar will be a mix of presentation of theory/research and examples of how to apply the ideas with specific interventions. All participants will receive access to the materials discussed and some tools to support session design.
