About the Event
Supported by the 12 Members of the Eclipse IDE Working Group, this event is part of a World-wide initiative to connect the next generation of developers with the open source communities behind the Eclipse Platform, the Eclipse IDE, Jakarta EE, and Adoptium Temurin...
These open source technologies form the foundation of countless industrial products and are used by millions of developers worldwide. Whether you are a student curious about modern open source development, or an experienced engineer working with Eclipse technologies, this is your opportunity to discover, learn, and connect.
The meetup will be led by Hannes Wellmann, Community Mentor for the Eclipse IDE and active committer on several Eclipse projects including PDE, Equinox, Platform, M2E, and Tycho, together with Thomas Froment, Program Manager for the Eclipse IDE, Open VSX, and Cloud Dev Tools at the Eclipse Foundation.
