Investigation Equipment You’ll Use on the Third Floor

During this rare Halloween investigation, you’ll get hands-on experience with real paranormal tools used by investigators on TV and in the field. Each room of the haunted third floor will feature different equipment to explore:

REM Pods

Small devices that light up and sound alarms when something unseen comes close. Perfect for detecting mysterious presences.

Laser Grids

Hundreds of green dots fill a room — if a shadow passes through, you’ll see it in real time. A dramatic way to spot movement no one can explain.

Vibration Detectors

Sensitive to footsteps and movement, these light up when something unseen is walking nearby.

Digital Recorders (EVPs)

Used to capture “Electronic Voice Phenomena” — ghostly whispers or voices that can’t be heard with the naked ear.

K2 Meters

Classic ghost-hunting tool that lights up in different colors when electromagnetic energy spikes. A favorite with investigators and guests alike.

Spirit Boxes

Rapidly scan radio frequencies, producing static and snippets of voices. Many believe spirits use them to communicate in real time.

Trigger Objects

From poker chips and playing cards to old perfume bottles, we’ll place familiar objects in haunted rooms to see if the spirits want to interact.
