Echoes & Embers: A Two-Part Year-End Yoga, Meditation, Soundbath & Open Mic
Overview
ECHOES & EMBERS
A Two-Part Year-End Yoga, Meditation + Sound Bath Series
Part 1: Echoes — A Ceremony of Shedding & Completion
Part 2: Embers — A Fire Activation for the New Year
As we close 2025 and move toward the energy of 2026, we’re invited into a rare moment of transition: the astrological shift from the Year of the Snake to the Year of the Fire Horse. The Snake brings shedding, release, and the quiet wisdom of letting go. The Fire Horse brings movement, momentum, courage, and the spark of forward motion.
Echoes & Embers is a two-part ceremonial journey designed to honor both phases of this transition. You’re welcome to attend one or both events — each stands alone, yet together they create a complete arc of release and renewal.
✧ PART 2: EMBERS
A Fire Activation for the New Year
Saturday, December 20th • 5–8 PM
“Embers” is an activation ceremony honoring the transition into the Year of the Fire Horse — a cycle known for passion, forward motion, boldness, and ignition.
This evening focuses on recognizing your growth, reclaiming your momentum, and fanning the inner embers that will guide you into 2026. Through guided visualization, drum rhythms, elemental fire imagery, breathwork, and a sound bath infused with Sarah’s unique blend of Holy Fire and healing energies, you’ll be supported in awakening the spark already alive within you.
We open with restorative yoga led by special guest Mel, and close again with a creative expression circle/open mic, inviting participants to voice intentions, share insights, or offer artistic expression to anchor the energy of renewal.
