ECHO Collective's Global Sweets Studio
Overview
Join us for a hands-on dessert-making experience led by our talented New American entrepreneurs. Each class features a different international sweet along with the story behind it. This series celebrates the flavors and traditions of Iran, Japan, and Mexico, giving you a taste of both the culture and the craft.
Event Details
Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Each dessert maker will teach two one-hour classes:
- First session: 5:30 – 6:30 PM
- Second session: 7:30 – 8:30 PM
Each dessert maker will teach the same class twice, once at 5:30 PM and once at 7:30 PM, so you can choose the time that works best for you, or attend two different dessert makers in the same evening.
You may purchase two tickets if you’d like to attend both sessions in one evening and learn from two different dessert makers.
Take home your creations at the end of your class to enjoy later or share with friends and family.

- Japanese Dessert (Cuba) with Heidi Martinez-Reyes, Kuro Neko Desserts — No allergens, gluten-free
- Personalized Gelatina with Rice Paper Design (Mexico) with Bia Espinoza, Susa’s Sweets & Balloons — Contains dairy
What to Bring
- Please wear your hair up or bring something to tie it back for food safety.
