Agenda

Global Capability Centres have become a quiet force in India’s product and tech landscape. Behind every GCC, there are people who set up the first desk, shaped collaboration with global teams, built engineering and product functions, and figured out how culture and ownership actually take root.

This Social is for people who work in this space or are curious about how GCCs come together. It’s an open, informal gathering where conversations can flow around how centres take shape, the early choices that matter, what shifts as teams grow, and what people have observed across sectors like SaaS, fintech, consumer tech, cybersecurity, and AI.

It’s a smaller, relaxed evening for anyone looking to exchange notes and understand this ecosystem through real experiences and ongoing work.
