Eating like those who live in the Mediterranean region has been shown to promote health and decrease the risk of many chronic diseases, including certain types of cancers, Alzheimer's disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease.

This class will explore how to incorporate the Mediterranean way of eating into our everyday life. Together we will look at some simple, delicious, and satisfying recipes and make a recipe together that we can taste.
