What are ear seeds?

Ear seeds are tiny beads or seeds placed on specific points of the ear using gentle adhesive. They’re a form of ear acupressure based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, and help support your body’s natural healing response—especially for stress, sleep, and emotional balance.

Does it hurt? Are there needles involved?

No needles at all. Ear seeds are completely non-invasive. Most people don’t feel anything when they’re applied—just a small sticker on the ear.

What will happen during the session?

You’ll sit down in a calm space while the practitioner places ear seeds on a few points. It only takes a few minutes. You’ll also receive a handout showing you how to gently press the points at home for continued calming support.

Do I need to talk about my trauma?

Not at all. This is a quiet, safe, and respectful space. You can come in, receive your ear seeds, and leave without needing to talk or share anything personal.

How much does it cost?

This is a donation-based session. You’re invited to contribute what you can—no pressure or obligation.
