Heroes, heed the call! Join DSSOLVR Durham every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 6 PM for Dungeons & Drafts– as we summon adventurers from near and far for a night of epic quests, hearty drinks, and dice-rolling glory. 🐉🍺

Join us for great drinks and company to play a D&D one shot adventure! And we'll have premade characters for you to choose from when you arrive so you can jump into the action. We'll be happy to teach you how to play as well!

Whether you’re a chaotic bard spinning tales or a steadfast paladin on a quest for glory, this is your chance to roll the dice and dive into an unforgettable campaign. Guided by expert Dungeon Masters, you’ll battle foes, solve mysteries, and maybe even make some questionable deals with a mischievous NPC.

How to Play

Do you need to know how to play D&D?

One of the most popular questions and the answer is simple...not at all! Our whole DM team is specifically picked out because of not only their experience but their patience too. They want to show you what the rolls mean, they want to teach you about your character, and they'll take you and the players on an amazing home brewed story!

You've mentioned a DM, huh? What is that?

Oh right, a DM! Easily the most valuable part of the Dungeons n Drafts experience is the Dungeon Master aka the DM. This person creates a 4+ hour story for a table of players to play. They are your guide and your enemy. Without them you'd have no adventure.

How do you sign up to play?

Feeling good and ready to play? Wonderful. Check out our events page and sign up for one of our upcoming events. We play at breweries all over the Greater Philadelphia Area plus we'll be adding more city's in the future, so I'm sure we'll be in your neighborhood.

I'm an experienced player, is that ok?

Perfectly ok! We have lots of players that want to jump into one of our one-off adventures to scratch the itch and roll some dice! Just understand that there could be other players at your table who are completely new, so we need your patience as well while we teach them. We do provide with you the character sheet but you're welcome to bring your own dice.

How long can I expect to be at the event?

Most of the breweries let us play as long as we want, but other breweries have a hard stop and you'll be aware of that when purchasing your ticket. No matter what, you will get a minimum 3 hour long one shot adventure. Because the players and DM will get so engaged in the story, your one shot could last longer! But if you need to be somewhere by a certain time, make sure you communicate that with your DM so they can send you and your character off from the journey!
