Due Process and the Constitution

On Monday, November 3rd at 6 PM, Attorney Donald F. Smith, Jr. will lead a program on the meaning of the phrase, "due process" in the 5th and 14th amendments of the US Constitution. Attorney Smith, former director of the Berks County Bar Association, will examine the two concepts embodied in this vague phrase, resulting in it being the most litigated provision in the US Constitution.
