We're fixing that.

Join us on the second Thursday of every month for Dudes who are Dads: a quick workout circuit followed by real conversation. It’s your monthly opportunity to:

1. Meet and network with local dads.
2. Talk through the realities of fatherhood.
3. Get active and energized.
