In tasting room performance surveys, connecting with the host is proven to have the highest impact on the overall guest experience and produces consistently higher wine sales. This one hour live webinar will cover key relationship selling methodologies commonly taught and used in the commercial space to develop professional sales acumen. This interactive session will demonstrate how to build these techniques into the DTC selling model and offer winery/ hospitality staff tips on how to better qualify guests, build connections and confidence to close more sales and strategies to implement during the guest visit to grow long-term customer relationships. This session will run approximately 60 minutes for content plus any additional time required for Q & A. Each attendee will receive a DTC Sales Skill workbook to capture content and leverage to implement learnings.

The DTC sales snap track sessions are live, interactive web-based venues which provide sales training coaching, tips, and best practices to leverage across various DTC sales and marketing channels. These short, content-packed sessions are designed to cater to spot skill development and coaching for the busy sales professional or manager, are 60-90 minutes in length and can be conveniently attended remotely-- from anywhere on any device. Each registrant will receive a session workbook to help capture and implement best practices unique to each business. Registration price is per attendee. Group pricing available!

With a strong hospitality background and expertise working with wineries, she leverages a combination of Industry proven best practices and a passion to teach within a compact and comprehensive framework which, if applied effectively, will produce immediate results.


What is included in the registration price?

Live webinar registration prices are priced per attendee. Each attendee will receive a DTC Best Practices Workbook. Group discounts are available for three or more registrations per business entity.

Recorded session links may be purchased for any session, however, pre-recorded sessions are also available for purchase at any time. Recorded sessions links are "live" for 30 days from date of purchase.

If I can't find a date or time that works with my schedule, what other options do I have to attend the seminar?

Virtual Vines offers custom times and dates by request based on availability and for groups of three or more, arrangements can be made to host any of our DTC Webtracks on site.
Recordings are also available for purchase. Just select any date to register and select "Recording" as your ticket type when checking out. The recording will be sent within 24 hours after the scheduled workshop.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Registrations for live courses are transferable. Please send transfer requests by email to: at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

What is the refund policy?

There is no refund policy, however, registrations can be transferred to an alternate date. Requests must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled event via email:
Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of ticket purchase.
