About this event

You give us your food scraps, food-soiled paper, and yard waste, and we turn it into compost — then give it back.

Residents who register are eligible to take up to two 40-lb. bags of free, high-quality Big Apple Compost made from your food scraps and yard waste. To ensure we can share this resource with as many residents as possible, please only one registration per household.

On the day of the event:

  • Bring your ID or Eventbrite Ticket (digital or printed)
  • Be prepared to physically lift and place individual bags of compost into your own vehicle or cart.
