Drumming with Spirit-Connecting with Hearts of our Ancestors

Step into a sacred space of connection and renewal with Drumming with Spirit, guided by Zelda Hotaling, spirit-led healer and creator of Sacred Dream Circles, and Molly Brindle of Life Clarity LLC. Together, we will gather in a heart-centered circle at the Wellness Center in Saratoga Spa State Park, drumming to the heartbeat of nature as we align our energy with Spirit.

Through rhythm and intention, you’ll clear your chakras, create heart coherence, and feel your body harmonize with the pulse of the Earth. After our indoor meditation and drumming journey, we’ll step into the serene beauty of the Spa State Park pines and oaks for a gentle 20-minute Forest Bathing experience, inviting the whispers of the forest and the wisdom of the ancestors to guide you into deep inner peace.
