Ecstatic Dance
Free flow movement set to a dynamic and family-friendly playlist with a "5rhythms" wave-like and slow-building flow: rolling energy of "Flowing" to the sharp, percussive "Staccato", the wild surrender of "Chaos", the expansive lightness of "Lyrical", and the peaceful, grounded "Stillness".
