Join us for a one-of-a-kind beginner/intermediate Art Yoga class led by instructor Farah Vickery, designed to nourish the body, spark creativity, and invite play.
This unique session integrates movement with the energetic vibrancy found in Adria Arch’s large-scale, color-filled sculptures, currently featured at OXH Gallery. In the spirit of the exhibition’s concept “Permission to Play,” participants will explore how art and mindfulness intersect through movement, breath, and embodied awareness.
This is a welcoming class for all levels, especially those curious about exploring yoga in a creative space.
