Guided Meditation Practice - Experience various mindfulness techniques including breath awareness, body scanning, and present-moment awareness. Our skilled facilitator will guide you through accessible practices suitable for all levels.

Silent Practice Time - Each session includes a period of silent self-guided practice that allows you to build on the learning in the guided practice or to focus on whatever you are currently working with in your practice.

Thoughtful Discussion - Share insights, ask questions, and learn from others' experiences in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. Discussions often explore how to integrate mindfulness into daily life.

Thiese sessions operate on a donation-based model to ensure accessibility for all. The suggested donation is $20 per session, which helps support the facilitator and maintain our meeting space. However, we believe mindfulness should be available to everyone regardless of financial circumstances - please contribute what feels comfortable and sustainable for you.

No prior experience necessary. All are welcome to join us for this journey of mindful awareness and connection.

Sessions are drop-in friendly - come when you can, as often as you'd like.
