Drills and Conditioning
Overview
Dancers of all levels and at every stage have one thing in common - conditioning! We condition our legs and arms to have strength, stamina, and grace while on the stage and many of us don't realize we do it. This is a gentle, no impact class where Marjhani will walk you through various floor, sitting, and standing exercises to help you find better mobility, posture, and balance.
Yoga mat or towel, comfy clothing, and water recommended. All levels welcome.
About Marjhani -
With over 20 years of dance experience Marjhani has learned tips, tricks, and hacks along the way that help every dancer she meets grow. She has a love and passion for the dance and the community it has given her she aims to always give back.
