Dreams & Imaginal Encounters: Resourcing for the Times

Join us for this online, webinar-style workshop, which explores dreams and imaginal encounters as ways to build connection, meaning and purpose. This is a great introduction for the dreamwork-curious.

If you are interested learning about the ways engaging with our imagination and dreams can be supportive, this workshop will explore from a depth and archetypal psychology perspective and animist lens, as well as give examples and opportunities for practice.

• Confidentiality: You may share your own experience with others outside of the workshop, but what others share and the identity of others will be kept confidential.
• Suitability: While often therapeutic, Dream Tending is not a substitute for therapy or counseling services. Dream Tending is not a clinical service and is not intended as mental health counseling or crisis management services. In attending this event, you agree not to use the group for mental health or crisis support. The facilitator reserves the right to refuse or cease services if I believe you exceed the level of support offered in this setting.
• Respect: The facilitator reserves the right to refuse service or terminate immediately if you threaten, bully or berate group members, and you will not be reimbursed if you made a donation. In attending this event, you agree to this.
• Technological Issues: Virtual sessions will happen via Google Meet or other platform. In the event that another webinar platform is chosen, you will be notified via the event page at least 48 hours prior to the event. It is your responsibility to ensure that your internet connection is stable and that you are in a location that is private.
• Experience, not outcome: Participants have reported that dreamwork can enhance creativity, broaden emotional range, and deepen one’s ability to contact and understand the deep psyche. Initiating and deepening one’s relationship with their dreams can be fruitful and healing. And too, it may also include exposure to uncomfortable feelings and images. You agree to participate in the exercises at your own risk.
